Delivery Policy

 

Australia-Wide Delivery – Freight Information

Please review our delivery policy carefully. The delivery fee structure applies to all major cities and large regional centers. For remote areas, additional charges may apply.

If you live in outer suburban or country areas (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, FNQ, NT, WA, TAS), please email us for a quote so we can find the most cost-effective postage to your location. For bulk orders, please also contact us for a quote to ensure we provide the cheapest shipping option available.

If your order is placed from an area outside capital cities or large regional centers, we reserve the right to contact you and confirm the final delivery cost. Please refer to the postcode table for any areas that may incur extra charges.

 

Local Pick Up We offer a convenient cash-pick-up option for our customers. 

You can pay for your order in cash at the time of picking up. Please ensure you have the exact amount or card for efpos machine.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on our carrier’s website.

 

Express Shipping: For urgent orders, we offer express shipping. This service ensures delivery within 1-2 business days. Additional charges apply for express shipping.

 

Delivery Timeframes:  Once we have confirmed your payment, delivery on ready-made items will take 2~5 business day to despatch.  While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, but transit time varies based on factors outside our control, such as locations, weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.

 

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, absence at the delivery address, or other customer-related issues:

  • The customer may be responsible for any additional fees related to reshipping or reattempting delivery.
  • If the order is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you for redelivery or cancellation of the order.

 

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, occasionally delays may occur:

If your order does not arrive within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us to investigate. If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will either issue a replacement or offer a refund for the lost item(s), subject to our discretion.
